I have great pleasure writing this reference for Mr Dean Clemitshaw.

I met Dean in November 2003 when I decided to build a home with the company he is employed with.
During the planning and building process Dean maintained a very professional, honest and friendly attitude while proving himself to be a person of high integrity and ethical standards. His experience and knowledge of the product and company meant I always received advice that was not only practical but also of the highest quality.

Dean made himself available not only to me but also to my family seven days a week including after hours to answer any queries or to view and inspect the property before and after lockup. He always goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure his clients are well informed, reassured and up to date with all their dealings.

! have had occasion to witness Dean in his place of work with several different clients from different backgrounds and countries and he is always courteous, understanding and empathetic to their individual needs and cultures

Dean has proved to be invaluable since i took possession of my house 3 weeks before Christmas 2004. His after sales service is ongoing and he remains a spokesperson and liaison between his employer and me while continuing to maintain his professional standards, keen wit and sense of humour. He continues to organise repairs and maintenance even though this is not a part of his duties.

I have no hesitation in recommending Dean to any prospective employer and wish him well in his future endeavors.

My husband and I have known Dean Clemitshaw shaw since February this year when we commenced dealing with him and Sidewalk Constructions in the building of our new home.
At this time, we had signed with another home builder, but were dissatisfied. After meeting and speaking with Dean, we decided to change builders. Dean was easy to speak to and had a trustworthy and honest manner. He pointed out the benefits of building with Sidewalk and after receiving a prompt quotation, we felt confident in dealing with Dean and the company he represented, to build our home.
