Whether you own your block or still looking for the ideal location, it all starts with a free informal consultation in the comfort of your home.
INITIAL CONSULTATION |
|
Together we discuss what you NEED and secondly what you WANT in your new home. Detailed notes and a rough layout is created showing size of rooms, possible views to be achieved etc and advise you on specifications choices.
Following the first meeting DBC creates a sketch of your ideas with one or two alternatives. |

SECOND CONSULTATION |
|
At the second meeting you receive the sketch plan and together we discuss any necessary changes to the plan. Specification details will be confirmed to proceed to a 2D plan and 3D computer model |

THIRD CONSULTATION |
|
At this meeting you will see the 2D plan and 3D computer images, changes are discussed if required and then you have 2 choices.

Proceed to full working drawings, (plans, elevation and site plans and specifications) and find the builder or

DBC will put your plans and specifications out to tender with recommended builders to suit style of home and location, the chosen builder (final decision is yours) will proceed to working drawing as part of contract quote.
