As an experienced home designer, new homes sales consultant and real-estate sales representative, I have been responsible for designing and selling many people their dream home.

From finding the block in the right area for you, to designing your home, competitive tendering, dealing with the builders, right up to helping you move in, D-zine and Building Consultants will assist you all the way.

D-zine and Building Consultants also understand from experience, that functionality and variety are key components when choosing the right floor plan to suit your needs. We offer a wide selection of plans to choose from ranging from 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, ranch style, double storey, front view and rear view styles.

Originally from England, my wife Anne and my two daughters aged 19 and 12, came to Australia in 1998 looking to improve our lifestyle. I have spent 16 years in the medical world, ten of those years in the Royal Navy and two years attached to the Royal Marines.

Arriving in WA, I instantly fell in love with the new land developments south of Perth, the Australian homes and the designing possibilities, this was something completely different to what I had been used to and knew it was something I was passionate about. Completely hooked I have been involved since.
